Bayside Business Enterprise Centre makes available its consulting and advisory services on a gratuitous basis, and on the understanding that neither Bayside Business Enterprise Centre, its Executive Officer or staff, nor any of the Members of Bayside Business Enterprise Centre are responsible for any liability or loss resulting from any of their actions, recommendation or advice, or any failure to act, make recommendations or give advice.

Bayside Business Enterprise Centre, its Executive Officer and staff, and the Members of Bayside Business Enterprise Centre hereby expressly disclaim any and all liability whatsoever, to the full extent allowed by law to any person, arising out of or connected in any way to the services provided by each and any of them, including any liability for negligence.
 

 

Consent to Provision of Client Contact Details to the Department of Industry, Science, Energy & Resources.

 

We respect and protect the privacy of people that use www.baysidebec.com.au and we are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988.

By enrolling for any part of the ASBAS program, workshops, webinars, advice sessions etc. you consent to provision of your details to the Dept. of Industry, Science, Energy & Resources as well as the Dept. of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business.

The Australian Small Business Advisory Services (ASBAS program) is an Australian Government funded initiative funded by the Dept. of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business and administered by Dept. of Industry, Science, Energy & Resources.

All customer data, including personal information collected by Bayside BEC will be provided to the following government departments.

Dept. of Industry, Science, Energy & Resources.

  • The information will be used to access the effectiveness of the services delivered by Bayside BEC under the ASBAS program.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the ASBAS program

Your personal privacy is protected by law, including the Privacy Act of 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

You may be approached by a representative of the Dept. of Industry, Science, Energy & Resources to complete a survey about the services you were provided under the ASBAS program.

The Dept. of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business may share your ABN with third parties, including other Commonwealth entities and state and territory governments, to ensure the proper use of ASBAS funds.

The provision of personal information by you is voluntary, but if you do not provide it, you may not be able to access the full range of offered services.

 

Non ASBAS privacy policy & Terms and Conditions.

In order to provide you with the full range of training and business advisory services, we may require that you provide personal information to us.

Personal information provided to Bayside BEC is used for the purposes of training, ongoing mentoring, or support.

As part of participating in the various business advice, training & education programs offered by Bayside BEC, your personal information may be disclosed to relevant Government Departments and staff of Bayside BEC.

The provision of personal information by you is voluntary, but if you do not provide it, you may not be able to access the full range of offered services.
