Louise Brawn

Executive Officer

Louise has many years experience with small businesses.

Having owned and run a number of businesses herself over the last 30 years,  she understands the challenges and needs of small businesses, both in the start-up phase and also once more established.


She is passionate about helping businesses owners realise their dreams and achieve their goals and will always go the extra mile to help them get there. 

Amber Brousek

Operations & Marketing Manager

Amber brings to the team over 10 years of eCommerce experience having worked for brands such as Freedom Furniture and Krispy Kreme ANZ.

A passionate innovator, Amber enjoys connecting people with the right digital tools to help improve their workflow and sales performance.

Outside of work you’ll usually find Amber with a book in hand in the company of her tuxedo cat Lettie.

Jay Wilson

Client Services Representative

Growing up with a family-run small business, Jay has a genuine appreciation of the value SMEs bring to society and the opportunities and difficulties they face.

He has developed a passion for the customer experience from his time working with Apple in sales, operations and merchandising and places great value on quality communications and detail orientation. 

 

As well as dabbling in the tech training space, he also works in events and theatre production - where he is most comfortable behind the curtain. 

Edwin Smith

Business Advisor

Edwin's worked in social media for 9 years, managing the accounts for some of the biggest shows on TV - including The Voice, I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, Love Island, Aus Survivor, Bachelor, 10 Sport (Big Bash, Supercars, Bathurst 1000, Bledisloe Cup), and many more. 

 

Edwin's claim to fame is that B-grade Aussie celebrities sometime like his Instagram photos. He doesn't take himself too seriously and will try to make you laugh at least 3 times during the session

Karen Lam Yan Foon

Karen has 13+ years of experience in marketing & branding.

She brings a wealth of experience developing and delivering workshops to SMBs across all industries.

 

Karen is passionate about assisting small businesses put in place the right foundations that will help set them up for success; from choosing the right online platform to selecting the right email marketing tools, to developing a marketing strategy.

Karen believes in giving business owners the 'knowledge', so they can make better-informed decisions that are right for their business.

Rhiannon Carnohan

Business Advisor

Rhiannon is a digital marketing expert, specialising in Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, and Content Strategy.

With 5+ years experience working with big name brands in global ad agencies, Rhiannon now works with small businesses to develop strategies and systems to improve their online visibility, and generate low-cost sales and leads.

 

After returning from London where she spent the last 3 years, Rhiannon is now based in her hometown of Sydney. 

Brian O'Grady

Brian has been working in Digital Marketing for 10+ years across both client-side and agency side. Brian began his career in Ireland where he set up one of Ireland’s first online discount voucher sites.


He has worked with some of Australia’s most well-known brands across multiple categories including Woolworths Group, Freedom Furniture, Nabtrade, Accor Hotels, PetBarn, Cotton On Group, and more.


Brian recently left a global agency to open his own independent digital agency. Brian also teaches a range of digital marketing subjects in Cityeast Community College.

Babette Bottin

Additionally, Rob has presented and produced over 200 podcasts for various companies and organisations and presented at conferences. Rob is also a regular guest on radio.
